Abstract:
A recombinant DNA polymerase is provided, being one of the following A) to C): A) the indicated protein is a protein with DNA polymerase activity obtained by modifying amino acid residues 408, 409 and 485 in a wild type KOD DNA polymerase amino acid sequence and by modifying at least one of amino acid residues 53, 59, 199, 243, 526, 558, 613, 641, 671, 673, 674, 692 and 709 in the wild type KOD DNA polymerase amino acid sequence; B) the indicated protein is a derivative protein from the protein in A), has DNA polymerase activity, and is obtained by removing amino acids 1-29 from the C-terminal of the amino acid sequence of the protein in A), retaining the other amino acid residues and; and C) the indicated protein is a derivative protein of the protein in A) or B), has DNA polymerase activity, and is obtained by adding a tag sequence at the terminal of the amino acid sequence of the protein in A) or B).
