Abstract:

The present invention provides a recombinant protein capable of binding to troponin-I from human cardiac muscle specifically and rapidly. The present invention is a recombinant protein which can bind to troponin-I from human cardiac muscle specifically and comprises a light-chain variable region comprising the amino acid sequence represented by SEQ ID NO: 63 and a heavy-chain variable region comprising the amino acid sequence represented by SEQ ID NO: 65.
