The present invention relates to: a recombinant vector for expressing single-chain variable fragment 8 (scFv8) in plants, scFv8 being a recombinant antibody exhibiting the ability to neutralize canine parvovirus (CPV); a transformant transformed by the recombinant vector; the ScFv8 antibody isolated from the transformant; and a composition which is for preventing or treating canine parvovirus infection and comprises the scFv8 antibody as an active ingredient.
