Abstract:
A recombined bamboo board integrating concave-convex wood grain decoration and a protection function. The recombined bamboo board comprises a recombined bamboo layer (1), and a hot-pressing cured thin film layer (2) having concave-convex wood grain decoration and located on the surface of the recombined bamboo layer (1). The recombined bamboo board has both decorative property of wood grain texture and anti-corrosion, mildew-proof and weather resistance, and can reduce the material cost, simplify the processing technology, and improve the molding efficiency; moreover, the hot-pressing cured thin film can be used as a compact protective layer, subsequent planing, sanding, painting and other reprocessing are not required during outdoor applications, and a protection effect and durability are better than a paint effect of a common recombined bamboo board.
