Abstract:
A recommendation reason generation method and apparatus, and a device and a storage medium. The method comprises: acquiring content information of an object to be recommended (S201); and generating a recommendation reason for said object according to a pre-trained recommendation reason generation model and the content information, wherein training data used for the recommendation reason generation model comprises question-and-answer data and content information of a plurality of objects (S202). The training of the recommendation reason generation model is performed by combining the question-and-answer data and content information of the plurality of objects, and the commodity in which a user is most interested is mined by means of the question-and-answer data; and therefore, the recommendation reason generated by using the present solution can accurately locate a demand of the user, thereby improving the experience of the user.
