Abstract:
Disclosed is a reconsolidated bamboo profile, consisting of impregnated bamboo filament bundles; each bamboo filament bundle is continuously covered in the fiber length direction of a reconsolidated bamboo profile; the space between adjacent bamboo filament bundles is filled with glue; the bamboo filament bundles are subjected to rolling and defibering, carbonization, stoving, impregnation, drying, conditioning, pressing, slab reconditioning, thickness defining, molding and varnishing to form the reconsolidated bamboo profile. Also disclosed is a production process for the reconsolidated bamboo profile. The reconsolidated bamboo profile features good product consistency and excellent quality.
