Abstract:

An information recording card for an increased amount of information per unit area, which makes it difficult to decipher and to alter recorded information. An invisible ink layer (2) is disposed on the surface of a card sheet (1) and is masked by a printing mask layer (3) of a two-dimensional code formed in an information area (a) of the upper surface of the ink layer (2) so as to record the two-dimensional code information. When the card is irradiated with invisible light, the image of the printing mask layer (3) appears on the upper suface of the ink layer (2) and the recorded two-dimensional code information can be thus deciphered.
