Abstract:

According to the present invention, a detection unit (410) generates a time series data group (TDS) by detecting a physical amount with respect to an operation of a vehicle air conditioning device (300) at a predetermined sampling frequency. A volatile tracking memory (440) has a work area in which the time series data group (TDS) during a tracking period is writable. A record holding capacitor (450) supplies power, which is necessary for the tracking memory (440) to hold the time series data group (TDS) during the tracking time in the work area, to the tracking memory (440). A writing unit (433) sequentially overwrites the time series data group (TDS) in the work area of the tracking memory (440) and stops the overwriting of the time series data group (TDS) in the work area, when an abnormality occurs in the vehicle air conditioning device (300).
