Abstract:
A recovery device for waste neodymium iron boron magnetic materials, comprising a feeding device (10), a material conveying device (20), a collecting device (40), a screening device (50), and a rotating device (60). The feeding device (10) comprises: a hollow housing; a first crushing roller (103), provided inside the housing and located above a material collecting box; a second crushing roller (104), provided inside the housing; a first rotating rod (105), provided inside the housing and located below the first crushing roller (103); and a second rotating rod (106), provided inside the housing and located below the first crushing roller (103). The material conveying device (20) is provided on one side of the feeding device (10). The collecting device (40) is provided below the material conveying device (20). The screening device (50) is provided inside the feeding device (10). The rotating device (60) is provided inside the material conveying device (20). The recovery device is used for solving the problem in the prior art of blocking due to the situations that surface scraps cannot be effectively, rapidly, and completely shaken off in treatment of the surface scraps on waste neodymium iron boron, and the waste neodymium iron boron after scrap removal cannot be rapidly discharged.
