Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a recovery process and system for waste gas and waste heat of kilns. High-temperature waste gas from kilns can be recycled by means of a waste heat refrigeration device and a heat exchanger. The waste heat can be used for condensing and dewatering of waste gas, heat exchange of oxygen entering the kiln, and regeneration of rotary dehumidifier. The waste gas from a primary sintering kiln can be subjected to wet impurity removal and secondary water removal to obtain oxygen having a concentration of more than 95%, which can be directly used for secondary sintering of high-nickel ternary materials. The waste gas from a secondary sintering kiln can be used for the heating of primary sintering oxygen; and the remaining waste gas can be subjected to dedusting by a dust filter device as well as water and carbon dioxide removal by a purification device to obtain oxygen having a concentration of more than 97%, which can be directly used for primary sintering, thereby realizing cyclic regeneration of oxygen. The present invention achieves multiple utilizations of waste heat and cyclic regeneration of oxygen, such that the production process has low gas consumption and high efficiency and is energy saving.
