Abstract:
A recovery support system is provided with an elevator device (1) and a monitoring device (2). The monitoring device (2) is provided with: a number-of-people calculation unit (9), a number-of-people information acquisition unit (10), a time calculation unit (11), and a transmission unit (12). The number-of-people calculation unit (9) calculates the number of people, per unit time, who can evacuate using the elevator device (1), which is capable of automatically restoring. The time calculation unit (11) calculates the time it will take until people remaining in a building (5) are evacuated. The transmission unit (12) transmits the time information calculated by the time calculation unit (11) to a maintenance company (7).
