Abstract:
This recovery support system comprises a storage unit (10), a learning unit (12), a receiving unit (11) and a determination unit (13). Fault data and work data are stored in the storage unit (10). The learning unit (12) performs machine learning on the fault data and work data stored on the storage unit (10). When the receiving unit (11) receives fault data, the determination unit (13) determines whether it is necessary to dispatch maintenance personnel to rectify the fault in the device from which said fault data was transmitted, on the basis of learning results generated by the learning unit (12).
