Abstract:
A recovery system for muddy water sand generated in a grinding and classification process, and a recovery method. The system comprises a muddy water sand concentration ditch (1), a primary sedimentation tank (2), a water sand overflow ditch (4) and a secondary sedimentation tank (5), which are sequentially in communication, wherein a liquid outlet of the water sand overflow ditch (4) is in communication with a liquid inlet of the secondary sedimentation tank (5), and screens (3) are mounted on the liquid inlet and the liquid outlet respectively; and a long-shaft pump is further provided in the secondary sedimentation tank (5). The recovery method comprises: washing muddy water sand with water into a muddy water sand concentration ditch (1); the muddy water sand entering a primary sedimentation tank (2) for sedimentation, and then flowing into a water sand overflow ditch (4) after being intercepted by a screen (3) for the first time, then the muddy water sand entering a secondary sedimentation tank (5) after being intercepted by a screen (3) for the second time, and finally using a long-shaft pump to lift fine grained ore sand and water to a primary grinding and classification machine of a ball-grinding and classification process, thus completing recovery operations. The recovery system and method can recover all muddy water sand with low energy consumption, low intensity and high efficiency, generate no ore-dressing wastewater, and thus save on wastewater treatment cost.
