Abstract:
Provided are a rectangular rolled copper foil that exhibits excellent bend resistance at a small bend radius, and a method for manufacturing said foil. This rectangular rolled copper foil 1 comprises copper or a copper alloy having a 0.2% proof strength of 250 MPa or above, wherein the area ratio of crystal grains oriented at a deviation angle of no more than 12.5° from the cube orientation in a cross section (RD plane 3) perpendicular to the rolling direction is 8% or more.
