Abstract:
A rectifier circuit for a high-frequency power supply. Said rectifier circuit, which rectifies a high-frequency AC voltage having a frequency of over 2 MHz, comprises the following: a voltage-doubler rectifier circuit that rectifies an AC voltage inputted via a resonant reception antenna (10); a partial-resonance circuit that applies partial-resonance switching to the switching operations associated with the rectification performed by the voltage-doubler rectifier circuit; a matching-functionality circuit provided with functionality in which resonance conditions are matched with the resonant reception antenna (10) and functionality in which resonance conditions are matched with the partial-resonance circuit; and a smoothing-functionality circuit whereby the voltage rectified by the voltage-doubler rectifier circuit is smoothed, yielding a DC voltage.
