Disclosed in embodiments of the present application are a recyclable anchored prestressed end-suspended pile supporting structure and a construction method. The recyclable anchored prestressed end-suspended pile supporting structure is provided in a soil-rock combination foundation pit, and comprises an end-suspended pile provided in a gob side of soil mass in the foundation pit, the bottom end of the end-suspended pile being provided on rock mass; and multiple anchor bars that are divided into multiple groups, the first group of anchor bars being vertically provided in the end-suspended pile and downwardly running through the rock mass, and the second group of anchor bars obliquely running through the end-suspended pile and the soil mass, and/or obliquely running through the end-suspended pile and the rock mass. Each of the anchor bars comprises an anchor rod and an anchoring assembly; the anchoring assembly is provided on the bottom end of the anchor rod located in the soil mass or the rock mass; and the anchoring assembly is detachably connected to the anchor rod.
