Abstract:
A recyclable radio frequency resonant cavity assembly, a fabrication process therefor and an application thereof. The radio frequency resonant cavity assembly comprises a bottom layer PET film (10) provided with a magnetic ink printing mark point (11), a resonant cavity aluminum foil layer (20) provided with a resonant cavity (23), and a top layer PET film (30). The fabrication process therefor comprises designing and mounting a resonant cavity aluminum foil layer (20) substrate, printing the magnetic ink printing mark point (11), mounting a radio frequency chip (24), fixing the top layer PET film (30), performance detection, punching, laminating, and other processes. A tag applying the described recyclable radio frequency resonant cavity assembly comprises label paper (40), the recyclable radio frequency resonant cavity assembly, a radio frequency antenna fin aluminum foil layer (41) and release-type base paper (50). The described radio frequency resonant cavity assembly is small and does not affect normal printing, and the radio frequency resonant cavity assembly has a read-write function, which improves read-write sensitivity, and is beneficial to the application and promotion of radio frequency tags and radio frequency packaging.
