Abstract:
Provided is a recycle technique, particularly, a vehicle for recycle business capable of easily reusing water glycol-based hydraulic operating oil without taking time and cost to separate and remove the hydraulic operating oil and capable of contributing to a reduction in burden on the global environment by reducing a release agent waste.
A recycle system for a release agent waste is provided with a charged coalescer-type oil-water separating device (2) for accelerating oil-water separation by applying voltage between internal electrodes, a power supplying means (8) for supplying driving power to the charged coalescer-type oil-water separating device (2), a pH measuring means (3) for measuring the pH value of the release agent waste, a storage chamber (7) for temporarily storing therein the release agent waste subjected to oil removal processing by the charged coalescer-type oil-water separating device (2), a pH lowering solution supplying device (4) for adding a pH lowering solution for lowering the pH of the release agent waste into the storage chamber, and an addition amount controlling means (92) for controlling the amount of addition of the pH lowering solution by the pH lowering solution supplying device (4) in such a manner that the pH value of the release agent waste is within a predetermined range on the basis of the pH value obtained by the pH measuring means (3).
