Abstract:
The present invention relates to a recycled oil filtering device. The present invention may comprise: a filtering unit which comprises mesh-shaped upper and lower filtering units, filters out foreign matter included in recycled oil introduced into the filtering unit, and discharges the filtered recycled oil out of the filtering unit; a cleaning unit which is disposed outside the filtering unit, is formed to have a smaller height than the filtering unit, and receives a cleaning liquid such that the recycled oil, from which the foreign matter is filtered out by the filtering unit, is cleaned; a storage unit which has a hollow column shape, receives the filtering unit and the cleaning unit, and is filled with the recycled oil that is cleaned in the cleaning unit and overflows from the cleaning unit; and an eccentric driving unit which is connected to the filtering unit by a link and performs an eccentric rotation motion, wherein the link of the eccentric driving unit converts the eccentric rotation motion of the eccentric driving unit to a linear reciprocating motion of the filtering unit. Therefore, it is possible to obtain clean recycled oil from which foreign matter is removed through the mesh-shaped filtering unit; the mesh the mesh-shaped filtering unit can be shaken such that foreign materials are not stuck in the mesh and thus do not interfere with filtering, thereby ensuring continuous filtering; the manufacturing cost of the filtering device can be substantially reduced compared with a conventional filter, such as a disk centrifuge or a decanter centrifuge; and the filtering device can have a long cleaning cycle, and thus can be continuously operated.
