Description:
RECYCLING DEVICE FOR WATER DISTILLATION

FIELD OF INVENTION The present invention generally relates to a recycling device for water distillation and more particularly to a recycling device for water purification and distillation.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION The process of distillation is known and is the most effective way to separate pollutant particles such as toxins, bacteria, chemicals or solids from liquids such as tap water to produce a pure liquid. In the past, various water distillation units have been developed to purify tap water in both household and commercial applications. The primary function of these water distillation units is to heat water and condense the resultant vapors in order to separate and remove contaminants from the municipal water supply prior to use.

The distillation process involves heating the water to produce steam, followed by a cooling or condensing of the steam to yield pure water and a by-product that contains all of the contaminants that were separated and removed from the water during the heating process. However, condensation of vapor or steam to purified water in condenser needs a lot of flushing tap water. The distillation process is considered uneconomical due to very large amount of cooling water being flushed out unnecessarily during production of distilled water.

Therefore, it is an object of the present invention to provide a recycling device for water distillation which improves the efficiency of distillation process, and at lower production cost Moreover, the recycling device of present invention provides a compact, economical and for high grade water distillation. Accordingly, the recycling device enables to enhance and allow the water being flushed out to be re-processed, cooled and recycled back into distillation condenser for continuation process. Features of constructions, combination of elements and arrangement of parts of preferred embodiments of present invention will be exemplified in the detailed description.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to a recycling device for water distillation. Accordingly, the recycling device includes a) a water storage tank wherein the water storage tank having a drain water compartment and a water bath compartment; b) a water pump for water circulation; c) a refrigerated cooling unit; d) a distiller; and e) a distilled water reservoir; wherein the drain water compartment is provided with a temperature controller, wherein water bam compartment is provided with a cooling coil; wherein the water pump is provided to pump the water from drain water compartment into condenser of the distiller; and wherein distiller is provided to condensate vapor produced distilled water.

In the preferred embodiment, the refrigerated cooling unit comprises a refrigeration compressor with refrigeration cooling fan. Said refrigeration compressor is connected to the cooling coil disposed in the water bath compartment by the refrigeration cooling tube.

Accordingly, the water storage tank is provided with a water supply inlet. Preferably, the water supply inlet is provided with a stop ball water controller to control inward flow of water supply.

The water pump pumps the water from drain water compartment into condenser via a recycle water tubing. Accordingly, me water pump serves to provide a pumping system for drain water circulation.

Accordingly, the distiller is provided with needle valve to ensure the recycling drain water flow in one direction. Purified or distilled water is collected from the distiller into distilled water reservoir through a distillate outlet pipe. The residual drain water in the distiller is flow back to the drain water compartment through a drain water outlet pipe for continuation process. It will be appreciated that a control unit is further provided to control and monitoring temperature, humidity and water flow system. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
