Abstract:
A method for recycling an HSS processing process waste comprises: a pre-treatment step of pre-treating an HSS processing process waste; a primary melting step of primarily melting the pre-treated processing process waste and at least one of ferromolybdenum, ferrotungsten, and ferrocobalt at a temperature of 1300 to 2500°C to form a primary molten material; and a preparation step of subjecting the primary molten material to ingot casting to prepare an HSS master alloy, wherein the pre-treatment step comprises: a separation step of separating the HSS processing process waste according to the composition; and a mixing step of mixing the separated HSS processing process waste with an oxide including at least one of CaO, SiO2, Al2O3, and MgO to form a mixture, the melting point of the mixture being 800 to 1700°C.
