Abstract:
The present invention relates to red ginseng concentrate grains, and a method for producing the red ginseng concentrate grains by using red ginseng concentrate powder and a fluidized bed coating machine, the method comprising the steps of: drying red ginseng concentrate with a vacuum drier, and then, producing red ginseng concentrate powder of a certain size by passing the same through a roll mill grinding step; producing 100% red ginseng concentrate grains of a size of 1.2-1.7 mm through repeated coating and fluidization steps while spraying, in a bottom spray manner, a spray-type red ginseng concentrate under the fluidized bed coating conditions in a fluidized bed coating machine, by using vacuum-dried red ginseng concentrate powder of a size of 0.2 to 0.8 mm; and performing fluidization coating while spraying an ultra-fine red ginseng powder solution, such that the red ginseng concentrate grains have excellent texture and anti-moisture absorption effect, and production costs are reduced because of a dramatic decrease in fluidized bed coating time.
