Abstract:
Provided in an embodiment of the invention are a redirection method, a service provider, an unstructured supplementary service data center, and a system. The unstructured supplementary service data center identifies a service request from a user, generates service information according to the service request, and transmits the service information to a first provider. The first provider acquires, according to the service information, redirection information and redirection type, and transmits the redirection message and the redirection type to the unstructured supplementary service data center. The unstructured supplementary service data center performs, according to the redirection message and the redirection type, service redirection processing corresponding to the service request. The solution of the invention can solve a problem in the prior art in which a redirection process requires participation of a user, and thus is not user friendly and results in a poor user experience, thereby simplifying an operation process for the user, increasing favorable opinion of the service, and improving user experience.
