Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a reduced coenzyme Q10-containing composition which is highly soluble in water and has an excellent storage stability and a method for producing the same. Provided are: a powdery composition which comprises reduced coenzyme Q10, octenylsuccinic acid starch and gum Arabic; and a method for producing the powdery composition, said method comprising a step for homogenizing a starting material containing the aforesaid components in water to give an emulsified composition, and a step for drying the composition.
