Abstract:
The present invention is about a reducer for output augment system. And many gear groups (17) (18) (19) (20) are sequentially composed and they are connected and set up between the above motor (3) and the generator (4), the rotating power that was input from the above motor (3) is about 18% ~ 34% reduced and delivered to the above generator (4), and the reducing system that extend 6 - 15 times of the horsepower input from the above motor (3) in order to deliver to the above generator (4) is furnished.

Claims

[1] A reducer for the output augment system that is connected to the output augment system that has motor, generator, uninterruptible power supply, and accelerator, many gear groups (17) (18) (19) (20) (36) (37) (38) (39) (40) (41) (56) (57) (58) (59) (60) (61) (62) (63) (76) (77) (78) (79) (80) (81) (82) (83) (84) (85) are sequentially composed, they are connected and set up between the above motor (3) and the generator (4), the rotating power that was input from the above motor (3) is about 18% - 28% reduced and delivered to the above generator (4), and the reducing system that extend 2 - 6 times of the horsepower input from the above motor (3) in order to deliver to the above generator (4) is furnished.

[2] In the 1 st Claim, a reducer for the output augment system that has following characteristics;

The reducing system can be composed of the driving gear (16) that is combined with driving shaft that is connected to the motor (3), the 1 st gear group (17), the 2 gear group (18), the 3 r gear group (19), the 4 gear group (20) and electric gear.

The 1 st gear group (17) is composed of the 1 st gear (17a) that is combined with the driving gear (16), the 2° gear (17b) that is set up as one on the same line with the 1 st gear (17a), and it is combined to the 1 st fixed shaft on a part of the main body (11).

The 2° gear group (18) is composed of the 3 r gear (18a) that is combined with the 2° gear (17b), the 4 gear that is made as one on the same line with the 3 r gear (18a), and the 2° fixed shaft (14) that is set up in a part of the 1 st fixed shaft (13). The 3 r gear group (19) is composed the 5 gear (19a) that is combined with the 4 gear (18b), and the 6' gear (19b) that is made as one on the same line with the 5 gear (19a), and it is combined with the 1 st fixed shaft (13) and it is located in a part of the 1 st gear group (17).

The 4 gear group is composed of the 7 gear (20a) that is combined with the 6 gear (19b) and the 8 gear (20b) that is made as one on the same line with the 7 gear, it is combined with the 2° fixed shaft (14), and it is located in a part of the 2 nd gear group (18).

The electric gear (21) is combined with the upper part of the electric shaft (15) in a part of the 2° fixed shaft (14), and combined with the above the 8 gear (20b).

[3] In the Claim 1, a reducer that has following characteristics;

The combined diameter rate of the driving gear vs. the 1 st gear (17a), the 2° gear (17b) vs. the 3 rd gear (18a), the 4 th gear (18b) vs. the 5 th gear (19a), and the 6 th

gear (19b) vs. the 7the gear (20a) is 1:1.42., the diameter rate of the 8 gear (20b) vs. electric gear (21) is 1:3, and the rotating power that is input from the motor (3) by the reducing system is reduced 26%, and the horsepower that is input from the motor (3) is extended 4 times.

The driving gear (35) that is fully furnished on the driving shaft (31) that is connected to the motor (3); the 1 st gear group (36) that is consisted of the 1 st gear (36a) that is connected to the driving gear (35), the 2° gear (36b) that is set up as one on the same line with the 1 st gear (36a), and that is combined and furnished to the 1 st fixed shaft (32) that is furnished to a part of the driving shaft (31); the 2nd gear group (37) that is consisted of the 3rd gear (37a) that is connected to the 2° gear (36b) and the 4th gear (37b) that is set up as one on the same line with the 3rd gear (37a), and that is combined and furnished to the 2nd fixed shaft (33) that is furnished to a part of the 1 st fixed shaft (32); the 3rd gear group (38) is consist of the 5th gear (38a) that is connected to the 4th gear (37b) and the 6th gear (38b) that is set up as one on the same line with the 5th gear (38a), and that is combined and to the 1 st fixed shaft (32), and located at a part of the 1 st gear group (36); the 4th gear group (39) that is consisted of the 7th gear (39a) that is connected to the 6th gear (38b) and the 8th gear (39b) that is set up as one on the same line with the 7th gear (38a), and that is combined and to the 2nd fixed shaft (33), and located at a part of the 2nd gear group (37); the 5th gear group (40) that is consisted of the 9th gear (40a) that is connected to the 8th gear (39b) and the 10th gear (40b) that is set up as one on the same line with the 9th gear (40a), and that is combined and to the 1 st fixed shaft (32), and located at a part of the 3rd gear group (38); the 6th gear group (41) that is consisted of the 1 lth gear (41a) that is connected to the 10th gear (40b) and the 12th gear (41b) and that is set up as one on the same line with the 1 lth gear (41a), and that is combined and to the 2nd fixed shaft (33), and located at a part of the 4th gear group (39); and the electric gear (42) that is combined to the 12 gear (41b).

[5] In the Claim 4, a reducer for output augment system that has following characteristics;

The diameter rate of the driving gear (35) vs. the 1 st gear (36a) is 1:1.28; the diameter rates of the 2° gear (36b) vs. the 3 r gear (37a), the 4 gear (37b) vs. the 5 th gear (38a), the 6 th gear (38b) vs. the 7 th gear (39a), the 8 th gear (39b) vs. the 9 th gear (40a), the 10 th gear (40b) vs. the electric gear (42) are 1:1.91; and the rotating speed input from the motor (3) is about 18% reduced, and the horsepower that is input from the above motor (3) is about 2 times extended.

Technical Field

[1] The present invention is about a reducer, and more particularly, about an output augment system to extend rotary power of a power transmission shaft. [2]

Background Art [3] A typical engine is a device which converts various forms of energy such as thermal, electrical, or water energy into mechanical power or motion. Usually, gasoline, diesel, or gas is used as fuel for engines. [4] Engines using the fuel have a relatively low thermal efficiency in contrast to their output power. On the contrary, they generate an amount of harmful exhaust gases caused by combustion of fuel, thus originating air contamination. [5] Recently, there have been various attempts to develop devices for generating or boosting output power by using alternative energy such as solar heat or electricity in a variety of fields, and the patent # 2000-15751, portable automatic battery charger has been invented. [6] The above portable battery charger device is an invention that we can use almost forever without outside electric power, and that there is no need for the extra outlet or adaptor, for it is recharged through the remained energy. But, the above portable automatic battery charger is not possible to make it usable. [7] According to the above portable automatic battery charger device, in order to be recharged through an electric generator, the capacity of the generator and of the motor should be same or the motor capacity should be bigger than the generator the generator will work without being overloaded. [8] However, in the above invention, the rotating motor makes smaller power than the power that was input by using the small quantity of electric power that is remained in the portable battery, and it is impossible to produce the electric power using the generator that needs more power than that of being needed. [9] As we can see from the above invention, in order for the motor to rotate as 1000

RPM to make the generator rotate as 3000 RP, the electric power that the motor uses will be 3 times more than the produced power by the generator. [10] Therefore, the small electric power of portable battery makes the motor rotate, and it is practically impossible for the motor that needs smaller power to run the generator that needs 3 times of the power by the power.

Technical Problem

[11] Therefore, in order for the rotating power of motor to rotate the generator, the power media device such as the reduction gear that the rotating power is not lowered from the first rotating power of the motor with high horsepower.

[12] The previous reduction gear reduces the rotating power that is sent from the motor, and extends the horsepower, but there was a problem that the rotating power was reduced a lot. Thus, it did not have practicality because it could not be used for the device that needs the high rotating power by the high horsepower. Technical Solution

[13] The purpose of invention to solve the above problems is to provide the output augment system that is to make high rotating power according to the horsepower is increased.

[14] This output augment system that is in order to accomplish the purposes is consisted of group of motor, generator, accelerator, and it is connected to the above motor. It has special characteristics that the rotating speed input from the above motor becomes reduced about 18% - 34%, is sent to the above generator, and then the horsepower that was input from the generator becomes extended about 6-15 times, and transferred to the above generator.
