Abstract:
The present invention relates to a reducing agent supply device of an SCR system for nitrogen oxide treatment. The objective of the present invention is to provide a reducing agent supply device of an SCR system for nitrogen oxide treatment, which can selectively perform an SCR operation and a periodical catalyst regeneration operation in accordance with the opening and closing of a damper by having installed inside an exhaust pipe, a double-structured decomposition pipe equipped with an inner burner and the damper respectively on each side thereof. The reducing agent supply device of an SCR system according to the present invention is connected to an exhaust pipe installed on the rear end of a turbocharger, and supplies a reducing agent to the SCR catalyst provided in the exhaust pipe, wherein the reducing agent supply device is configured to comprise: a double-structured decomposition pipe disposed coaxially inside the exhaust pipe and having a discharge port open for communication with the inside of the exhaust pipe; an inner burner installed on one end of the double-structured decomposition pipe; a damper installed on the other end of the double-structured decomposition pipe; a damper driver installed to be positioned outside the exhaust pipe for opening and closing the damper; and an injection unit installed to be positioned between the inner burner and the damper for injecting a reducing agent into the double-structured decomposition pipe.
