Title:
REDUCING SMOOTH MUSCLE CONTRACTILE RESPONSE INDUCED BY INFLAMMATORY CONSTRICTORS
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2018/112814
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present disclosure provides a method of reducing the contractile response of smooth muscle cells that is induced by one or more inflammatory constrictors by TMEM16A inhibitors. Embodiments herein include contacting target cells with an effective amount of an agent that inhibits activation or signaling of TMEM16A.
