Abstract:
A reference member cleaning apparatus (23) of an optical detecting device (10) rotates a wiping member (24) while a reference component (20) is transported using a drive means (26). At the position where the wiping member (24) and the reference member (20) touch, the reference component cleaning apparatus (23) of the optical detecting device (10) transfers the power of the drive means (26) to the wiping member (24) and the reference member (20) so that the direction of rotation of the wiping member (24) and the direction of transport of the reference member (20) will be opposite directions.
