Abstract:
A reference signal transmitting method and apparatus, and a reference signal receiving method and apparatus. The transmitting method comprises: a terminal device receives first information from a network device, the first information being used for configuring a resource by which the terminal device can transmit a reference signal; the terminal device transmits a reference signal on the basis of the resource when determining that the resource is in a discontinuous reception (DRX) inactive time. The use of the method can ensure that when a terminal device is not awakened for a long time, an uplink would not be disconnected.
