Abstract:
A reference signal transmitting and receiving method and device are provided. The method comprises: a network device mapping a reference signal in a first pattern to time-frequency resource units of K ports, in which the time-frequency resource units of a first port to a Kth port of the K ports mapped in the first pattern occupy N identical symbols in the time domain; and the first port to the K
th port respectively occupy M subcarriers on the first symbol to the N
th symbol of the N symbols by means of frequency division multiplexing, the N symbols being at the same time unit, N being a positive integer greater than or equal to 2, M being a positive integer greater than or equal to 3, and K being a positive integer greater than or equal to 2; and the network device transmitting the reference signal on the K ports.
