Abstract:
The purpose of this invention is to provide the following: a reference-value generation method, a reference-value generation device, and a program whereby a reference value for estimating the error in an index representing the state of a moving body can be generated with high precision; and a motion analysis method whereby a user's motion can be analyzed with high precision. This reference-value generation method includes the following: using detection results from a sensor attached to a moving body to compute orientation angles for said moving body; using orientation angles computed during a period during which the motion of the moving body satisfied a given condition to compute a trend estimation formula for the orientation angles; and using said trend estimation formula to generate a reference value for estimating the error in an index representing the state of the moving body.
