Title:
REFERENCE VOLTAGE SOURCE CIRCUIT
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2019/111596
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Provided is a reference voltage source circuit which can prevent an increase in circuit area, reduce power consumption, and which does not have variation in the absolute value of the generated reference voltage or in temperature properties. A reference voltage source circuit 30 comprises: a PTAT current generating circuit 40 for generating a PTAT current I that is proportional to an absolute temperature T; and a reference voltage generating circuit 50 for generating a reference voltage Vreg, the reference voltage source circuit being formed on a SOI substrate. The reference voltage generating circuit 50 is composed of a resistor R2 that converts the PTAT current I generated by the PTAT current generating circuit 40 into a voltage, and a plurality of PN junction diodes D3, D4. The diodes D3, D4 are formed insulated and separated from each other on the SOI substrate, are connected in series to each other, and are connected in series to the resistor R2.
