Abstract:
A refill container (1) is made of a laminate body (10) having at least a substrate (11) and a sealant layer (12). The refill container (1) has a folded portion (6) which is formed by folding the one laminate body (10) at a top portion, with the sealant layer (12) located inside, and a main body front laminate (2) and a main body rear laminate (3), both formed by the folded laminate body (10). The main body front laminate (2) and the main body rear laminate (3) are sealed at the peripheries thereof, with the sealant layers (12) being opposed to each other. A discharge port sealing portion (24) is provided below the folded portion (6) which forms a discharge passage (33) for the content, connecting to a discharge port (31), together with the discharge port sealing portion (24).
