Abstract:
A refiner-integrated frying device (1000) is provided. The device comprises: a body housing (10) having an oil tank (100) on top and a refiner receptacle for receiving a refiner (200) below the oil tank (100); the oil tank (100) configured to receive oil for cooking foodstuffs and to heat the oil by a heater; the refiner (200) which is installed in the refiner receptacle, is removably arranged, and is configured to remove foreign matter from used oil discharged from the oil tank (100); and a pipe part (50) configured to supply the oil refined by the refiner (200) to the oil tank (100) or to discharge the oil through a waste oil outlet (510).
