Abstract:
One aspect of the present invention relates to a reflect array having a plurality of elements arranged in an array form, wherein each of the elements has an H-shaped patch provided apart from a ground plate, the H-shaped patch is configured by outer four apexes of the H-shaped patch, which are formed by two rectangular outer patches, and inner four apexes formed by an inner patch, in order to change the reflection phase of an electric field incident parallel to a first direction, the length of the inner patch in the first direction determined by the positions of the four apexes of the inner patch is determined while the positions of the four apexes of the outer patch and the size of the outer patch are kept constant, and in order to change the reflection phase of an electric field incident parallel to a second direction, the length in the second direction determined by the positions of the four apexes of the outer patches of the H-shaped patch regarding the second direction is determined.
