Disclosed are a reflecting device (10) and a light source module (100). The reflecting device (10) is ring-shaped and transparent. The reflecting device (10) has a light entrance (15) and a light exit (16) located at the two ends thereof. The reflecting device (10) comprises an inner surface (11) and an outer surface (12), the outer surface (12) comprising a plurality of continuously arranged sawtooth structures (120) . Each of the sawtooth structures (120) comprises a first reflective face (121) and a second reflective face (122) that intersect with each other and two ends of each of the sawtooth structures (120) extend towards the light entrance (15) and the light exit (16) respectively. The light source module (100) uses the reflecting device (10), and the reflecting device (10) is a transparent reflecting device (10) which has the outer surface (12) with the plurality of continuously arranged sawtooth structures (120) as a reflective face, so that light rays entering through the inner surface (11) can exit with the optical effects of total reflection and the rate of light exiting is increased without requiring electroplating treatment.
