Abstract:
A reflection cup (1), a reflection cup (1) manufacturing method, and an LED light using the reflection cup (1). The reflection cup (1) comprises a cup body (11) and a cup bottom. An opening is formed at an upper part of the cup body (11). An opening is formed at the cup bottom, and a mounting foot (12) is disposed at the cup bottom, and a mounting hole (13) is disposed on the mounting foot (12). A cross section of the cup body (11) is a trapezoid. The reflection cup (1) manufacturing method comprises: melting PC reflection plastic particles; injecting it into a mould; performing pressure maintaining; starting a cooling system to perform cooling; and performing shaping. The reflection cup (1) is easily manufactured and shaped, the production speed is fast, the yield is high, and the reflection rate reaches 95%.
