A reflection inspection lighting apparatus according to one embodiment of the present invention is installed on a ceiling and emits light to make it possible to inspect whether defects are present in a film on a table below. The reflection inspection lighting apparatus comprises: a ceiling coupling part connected to the ceiling and providing a passage through which a power line of a power unit is moved; a body part connected to the lower side of the ceiling coupling part so as to be able to move up and down; a lighting part mounted on the front surface of the body part and emitting light; and a light reflection part connected to the body part and disposed facing the lighting part so that the light emitted from the lighting part is reflected onto the table below. The lighting part is composed of a first lighting piece of a first color temperature and a second lighting piece of a second color temperature greater than the first color temperature, and the first lighting piece and the second lighting piece may be alternately disposed along the longitudinal direction of the body part.
