Disclosed is a reflective film with a dynamic three-dimensional spiral line and a motor vehicle license plate. The reflective film comprises a reflective film main body (1), two opposite surfaces of the reflective film main body (1) are respectively provided with at least one curve in a floating manner; the at least one curves of the two opposite surfaces are paired to constitute the spiral line; the spiral line is decomposed into reciprocating motions in the x and z directions and a motion in the y direction; an x-y plane is a plane where the reflective film main body (1) is located; the z direction is vertical to the x-y plane; the reciprocating motions of the spiral line in the x and z directions form a synthetic motion trajectory of a closed curve or a linear segment within one period; and the closed curve is stretched and spread in the y direction during the motion in the y direction. The optical characteristic of the dynamic three-dimensional spiral line of the reflective film is easily recognized by human eyes; and there is no need to add materials for preparing the reflective film and to print graphics in the reflective film, and the spiral line can not be duplicated by a device such as a scanner and a camera. The reflective film meets the requirements of low costs and high safety.
