Abstract:
A reflective liquid crystal display and a manufacturing method thereof. The reflective liquid crystal display comprises: an array substrate (301) on which a plurality of convex reflection electrodes (308) is provided; and a color film substrate (312) on which a plurality of convex electrodes (313) is provided. The array substrate (301) and the color film substrate (312) are oppositely arranged so that the convex reflection electrodes (308) and the convex electrodes (313) face each other. An oblique electric field is formed while a vertical electric field is formed in an electrified pixel area, such that the dark-state lateral viewing angle light leakage is reduced, the contrast is improved, and the viewing angle is enlarged.
