Abstract:
A reflective optical element comprises: a reflective part for reflecting light; a first connecting part coupled to the reflective part; a first and a second transmitting part coupled to the first connecting part; a first and a second oscillating part each coupled to the base end of the first and second transmitting parts; a first and a second drive part each coupled to the tip end of the first and second oscillating parts; a base; and a second connecting part connecting the first and second oscillating parts to the base so as to be oscillatable relative to the base. The reflective optical element can efficiently convert the oscillation of the oscillating part to the rotary rocking motion of the reflective part, thereby exhibiting excellent deflection angle characteristics.
