Abstract:
This reflector (24) includes a prism (30), a condenser lens (32), and a collimator lens (34). The prism (30) has a pair of orthogonally arranged reflective surfaces (42, 44) and reflects incident light, which entered one of the reflective surfaces (42) from outside, through a light path (48) such that the incident light is reflected to the other reflective surface (44) from the one reflective surface (42) and is further reflected off the other reflective surface (44) and returned to a position which is offset from the incident light at least in the arrangement direction in which the pair of reflective surfaces (42, 44) are arranged. The condenser lens (32) and the collimator lens (34) are provided on the light path (48) in order to condense and collimate the incident light from outside at least in an orthogonal direction.
