Abstract:
The present invention relates to a refractory body wear detection sensor and system. The present invention comprises: a plurality of electrodes having different lengths; and a plurality of passive elements connected in series to each other, wherein the plurality of electrodes comprise a reference electrode and a plurality of sensor electrodes, the reference electrode is in direct contact with a workpiece, and the plurality of sensor electrodes and the plurality of passive elements are embedded in a refractory body. When at least one of the plurality of sensor electrodes comes into contact with the workpiece according to the wear of the refractory body, the degree of wear and the location of wear may be detected through a change in measured values of the plurality of passive elements.
