Abstract:
By providing are a refractory neurological disorder treatment composition, and a method for producing the same, it is possible to treat amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) and Alzheimer's disease. The refractory neurological disorder treatment composition is characterized by containing a culture supernatant obtained by culturing deciduous tooth pulp stem cells in a serum-free medium under supersonic irradiation. Also provided is an amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) treatment drug and an Alzheimer's disease treatment drug characterized by containing said refractory neurological disorder treatment composition. The method for producing a refractory neurological disorder treatment composition is characterized by obtaining culture supernatant by culturing deciduous tooth pulp stem cells in a serum-free medium under supersonic irradiation, and using the culture supernatant to make said composition.
