A refrigerant distributor that has a channel inlet and a plurality of channel outlets, wherein the refrigerant distributor has: a first channel plate that is provided with a channel having a plurality of hierarchical junctions to distribute, in a plurality of directions, refrigerant flowing in from the channel inlet; and a second channel plate that is layered on the first channel plate and is provided with the channel inlet.
