Abstract:
Disclosed are a refrigerant filling machine and a method for creating a vacuum, leakage detection and refrigerant filling using this refrigerant filling device, comprising high and low pressure lines (1, 2) correspondingly connected to refrigerating system high and low pressure ends. The other end of the high and low pressure lines (1, 2) is correspondingly connected to an end of a valve body line (3) in parallel. The other end of the valve body line (3) is further connected to a vacuum line (4) and a refrigerant line (6) in parallel. The other end of the vacuum line (4) is connected to a vacuum pump (5). The other end of the refrigerant line (6) is connected to a refrigerant storage steel cylinder (7). The refrigerant storage steel cylinder (7) is placed on an electronic scale (8), and a solenoid valve which can control connection/disconnection is provided on each line. The solenoid valve and the electronic scale (8) are connected to a control system. The refrigerant filling machine does not require manual manipulation and there is no potential safety hazard.
