Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a refrigerant transporting hose capable of having both barrier properties (resistance to refrigerant permeation) and flexibility, and of solving the problem of cracks in the hose being caused when the hose is bent. The refrigerant transporting hose has a butyl rubber layer (7) formed around the outer circumferential surface of a tubular resin layer (1) being in contact with a refrigerant, and an ethylene-propylene-based rubber layer (8) formed around the outer circumferential surface thereof. The resin layer (1) is made of a material for a resin layer mainly containing a blend of polyamide resin and modified polyolefin elastomer. A skin layer (6) is formed only on an inner circumferential surface of the resin layer (1). The elastic modulus in tension (A) of the skin layer (6), the elastic modulus in tension (B) of the resin layer (1) excluding the skin layer (6), the elastic modulus in tension (C) of the butyl rubber layer (7) and the elastic modulus in tension (D) of the ethylene-propylene-based rubber layer (8) satisfy the following relation of the following formula (α): (A) > (B) > (C) > (D) ... (α).
