Abstract:
The present invention relates to a refrigerating and air conditioning apparatus using a complex generator which can simultaneously generate rotation energy and electric energy boosted by at least one boosting means by combining a plurality of rotors in multiple layers and axially coupling planetary gears. The refrigerating and air conditioning apparatus comprises: a complex generator including a first rotating body (10), a first fixing body (20), a second fixing body (30), a second rotating body (40), a boosting shaft (50), a planetary gear device (60), a motor (70), and a disk rotating body (80); a condenser (120); a receiver driver (122); an expansion valve (123); an evaporator (124); and a compressor (130). In the first rotating body (10), a rotating shaft (4) is through-coupled to the center of a first cylindrical member (11) through which the inside is penetrated, and a plurality of first magnets (12) are mounted on the outer circumferential surface thereof at regular intervals; in the first fixing body (20), a plurality of second magnets (22) are mounted at a predetermined interval on the inner circumferential surface of a second cylindrical member (21) through which the inside is penetrated, wherein the first fixing body (20) is spaced apart from the first rotating body (10) at a predetermined interval; in the second fixing body (30), the first fixing body (20) is fixedly coupled to an inner circumferential surface of a third cylindrical member (31) to which a first cover (34) is fixedly coupled, and a winding coil part (32) for power generation is fixedly coupled to an outer circumferential surface of the third cylindrical member (31); in the second rotating body (40), a plurality of third magnets (42) are mounted at a predetermined interval on an inner circumferential surface of a fourth cylindrical member (41) to which a second cover (44) is fixedly coupled, wherein the second rotating body (40) is spaced apart from the winding coil part (32) for power generation at a predetermined interval; the boosting shaft (50) has one side that is axially coupled to the rotating shaft (4), through-coupled to the first rotating body (10) and the other side that protrudes through the first cover (34), and includes a spline gear (51) formed at an end thereof; in the planetary gear device (60), the spline gear (51) of the boosting shaft (50) and a plurality of planetary gears (62) are gear-engaged to generate a boosted rotational force; in the motor (70), a motor shaft (71) is coupled to the rotating shaft (4) protruding through the second rotating body (40), the motor (70) generating a rotational force with power applied from the outside; and the disk rotating body (80) has a center that is axially coupled to the power shaft (71) protruding from the motor (70), and includes an eccentric shaft (81) protruding on the surface thereof. The condenser (120) cools and condenses a refrigerant gas compressed at a high temperature and high pressure to a liquid refrigerant having a high temperature and high pressure; the receiver dryer (122) removes moisture mixed in the refrigerant into a tank for storing the high temperature and high pressure liquid refrigerant liquefied in the condenser (120); the expansion valve (123) reduces pressure to low temperature and low pressure and adjusts the flow rate of the liquid refrigerant before sending the high temperature and high pressure liquid refrigerant supplied from the receiver dryer (122) to the evaporator (124); and the evaporator (124) absorbs heat by evaporating the low temperature and low pressure liquid refrigerant supplied from the expansion valve (123). The compressor (130) comprises: a connecting rod (131) of which one side is axially coupled to the eccentric shaft (81) and the other side is axially coupled to a piston (132) for reciprocating; a cylinder (134) for receiving the piston (132); a fourth magnet (133) fixedly coupled to a bottom surface of the piston (132); and a fifth magnet (135) fixedly coupled to an inner bottom surface of the cylinder (134), wherein the compressor (130) suctions the low temperature and low pressure refrigerant gas supplied from the evaporator (124) through the expansion valve (123) to compress the gas into a gas of high temperature and high pressure. The present invention increases the rotational energy generated by the motor by enabling the rotational energy to be boosted by the magnetic fields of the first magnet and the second magnet, and by the gear ratio of the planetary gear device, and also produces and outputs electrical energy with the induced electromotive force of the winding coil part for power generation by means of the third magnet, thereby operating the compressor of the refrigerating and air conditioning apparatus with the rotational energy generated from the motor to enable more efficient and various applications.
