Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a refrigerating and air conditioning device that completes defrosting in a short time by improving the defrost capacity of hot gas over conventional methods during hot gas defrosting. This refrigerating and air conditioning device (100) comprises: an oil separator (2) that is provided on the delivery side of a compressor (1) and on the inlet side of a condenser (3); a hot gas bypass pipe (18) that guides refrigerant flowing from the oil separator to an evaporator (8); a hot gas regulating valve (19) provided in the hot gas bypass pipe; an oil return pipe (13) that returns lubricating oil stored in the oil separator to the compressor; an oil cooler (15) that is provided in the oil return pipe and that cools refrigerating machine oil flowing in the oil return pipe; an oil supply bypass circuit (85) that branches from the oil return pipe in a portion of the oil return pipe further upstream in the oil flow than the oil cooler and that converges with the oil return pipe in a portion of the oil return pipe further downstream in the oil flow than the oil cooler; and an oil supply bypass motor operated valve (14) that is provided in the oil supply bypass circuit.
