Abstract:
A refrigerating cycle device using a coolant having a low global warming coefficient as the coolant therefor, wherein a coolant-discharge pipe (118) of an accumulator (117) in the cycle is provided with a plurality of small holes (119) at different heights in the vertical direction. As a result, the amount of fluid return increases with even a small fluid-surface rise of the liquid coolant, the periphery of the small holes (119) contract like the accumulator diaphragm (117S), the space around the small holes (119) becomes smaller, and a head difference is produced in a small amount when the liquid coolant collects. Therefore, it is possible to minimize the amount of liquid coolant accumulation for adjusting the amount of fluid return, and minimize decreases in performance.
